Service Description

Before we can accurately price a cleaning job we need to consult with the prospective customer to do a walk-through of the premises, to find out how large the office is in square feet, whether there are restrooms for other arears that may take more time to clean. We need to find out how often the office required cleaning - weekly or several times a week. These are some of the information we need, to estimate the time a cleaning visit will require. For a small office that takes only a short time to clean, there may be a flat charge rate or a hourly labour charge. For large offices, it may be hourly rate to a rate per square foot. In some situations we may adjust the basic hourly labour charge if a customer is willing to sigh a long-term contract in exchange. We encourage you to email or call us for free quotation. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment without being charged. If you fail to give us notice we may apply a non-cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
